Very happy for Cancer Care Diaspora who secured a Children In Need grant to help deliver a year long programme to 100 at risk young carers.

I thoroughly enjoyed working with Laura as we designed an application that focussed on health and wellbeing activities. The funding will help young people explore their emotions, improve self-esteem, manage pressure, relieve stress, improve symptoms of anxiety and depression, improve relationships and cope with illness or disability.
