Super pleased for Fjordsar who recently secured £9,200 with our support. The charity is based in Cumbria and works with hard to reach groups.

Fjordsar is based in Cumbria and offers outdoor education training programmes that equip vulnerable people with improved wellbeing, self esteem and self confidence. By exploring the outdoors we instil messages around environmental and conservational issues which inspires people to engage in positive activities. The funding will pay for a suite of opportunities that includes outdoor workshops in team building, survival skills and problem solving skills. The target community face terrible isolation and many have experienced trauma and feel let down by other services.
